ABOUT US

Sun Title Agency of Michigan, LLC was organized in January 2005 with the purpose of changing how title services are provided. We started with the simple premise that our clients deserve to be represented by the most professional and knowledgeable people in the industry, should receive accurate and timely title commitments, are entitled to frequent communication with their title company representative and have the ability to enjoy a unique closing experience. We used these building blocks to create an organization that is client-centered and committed to excellence.

Our staff includes some of the brightest and most experienced minds in the title insurance and real estate industries. With over 100 year of combined experience including on-staff real estate attorneys, we have the expertise to work through the difficult issues.

Accurate and timely title commitments are expected by our clients and we make every effort to deliver a perfect commitment. We believe there is a “right answer” to title work – it’s a science, not an art.

Efficient transaction coordination and excellent communication is possible because our clients have our entire office at their finger-tips. We manage each transaction from the delivery of the title commitment to the closing and work closely together to create a seamless team to manage your transactions.

Our patent-pending Mobile Closing Units make every closing convenient. As a Sun Title client, it is your best tool to make closings memorable. We can close anywhere, anytime, with real-time document preparation and funds disbursement. We can bring our entire office to your customer, to you or anywhere else you want to close.

Let Sun Title be your trusted partner in every transaction and you will see the difference!
