Sun Title was founded in 2005 by Lawrence Duthler and Thomas Cronkright II on the principles of good work product, professionalism, strong communication and accountability. As best friends from law school and young attorneys in prominent firms, Duthler and Cronkright shared a mutual frustration as consumers of the title industry. Their determination to be an exception to that trend, sent them blazing forth into the title business.
